About the flat
A brand-new one-bedroom apartment in Emerald House, part of the newly completed Royal Gateway development on Horn Lane. This is the first letting, so you would be the first person to live here.
Inside there is a bright open-plan living room and kitchen with integrated oven and hob, a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a modern shower room and a private balcony. A washer/dryer and integrated appliances are included. Heating and hot water come from the building's heat network; there is no gas.
Residents share a concierge lobby, gym, residents' lounge, roof terrace, secure bike store and landscaped courtyard gardens. The development is car-free: there is no parking with the flat, and the options nearby are set out below.
